Everything is not lost.

As the title says, everything is not lost but I can understand the frustration of all the fans including me.

The truth is, it's not the end of the world and we have suffered in cup competitions at the hands if smaller clubs before. The one that springs to mind is the game against Chestertfield. So being positive, it a distraction out of the way. I know a lot of posters would have like us to have a good run in the cup competitions but as the competition drags on, I believe it will prove to be a blessing in disguise. There are plenty of games in the Championship to play and that is our only priority.

There has been talk recently about players leaving the club, the latest one being CYL, well he certainly wasn't at Stoke last night because although he wasn't in the squad last night, he was with them at Crawley. Also it looks as though any talk regarding Mark Davies leaving, has cooled down.

Perhaps we will keep the squad together and hopefully add the DM, that we badly need. Whether or not that will be Jay Spearing, is still in doubt as the Bolton News are quoting Coyle as saying that there is a lot of competition for his signature, despite Liverpool accepting our offer. We have two days to address that problem so time is of the essence.

If that doesn't work out and NRC is still available there would be nothing stopping us from making him an offer as he is a free agent, so we could conceivably sign him.

My message is, let's wait until we have played another seven games in the league before we start calling for Coyle's head. Hopefully we will have a much healthier outlook by then.

Exiled. What's silly exactly? And what isnt true? I'll repeat again, what I said about hypocrisy wasn't aimed at one specific person or comment on this thread. It was a general point. I also said it's something I've been thinking about for a while and decided to write on this thread. Now, if you think it wasn't relevant to the article fair enough, but how many threads stay exactly on topic of the OP?

CEF. Cheers, I don't expect you to agree but at least you can see the point I was making regards Coyle.

It's silly that you think I don't like being disagreed with. I'm sorry I thought that I had expressed my thought quite clearly as I even wrote the piece that I was referring to. Here it is again for you reference.

Exiled. Not a big fan of being disagreed with are you.

No it wasn't clear. Most people don't place the line they're referencing in the middle of their post. I presumed just the second half of your post referred to what I said about your dislike of being disagreed with.

You've still failed to answer why what I wrote about hypocrisy is rubbish.

You also asked me if I had a crystal ball because I was predicting the future (about Coyle failing, which is odd because by wanting him gone I'm pretty much saying he has failed already), then go on, in reply to somebody else, to assert he won't be sacked after the Hull game.

There's a word for that.

If you are saying he isn't starting with a clean sheet with some posters that's fine but you now tell me where we will finish at the end of the season. You can't.

I think most reasonable fans will agree three games into the season with 1 win, 1 loss and 1 draw, is far to early to make a decision on whether or not Coyle will fail during the course of the season. He might fail but unless you have a crystal ball you don't know.

One thing you are forgetting, Coyle might be with us at the end of the season. I was assuming you would gather that. Needless to say, you can't even tell me where we will be after the next seven games, so why not accept that and wait until we have played ten league games, then we will all know.

Regarding the remark about being silly, I think my second sentence might have given you a clue. Here it is.
People disagree with me if they want to and I have broad shoulders so it doesn't bother me.

I don't need a crystal ball to say that, CEF has been told by PG, that Coyle has twenty games. So I think I can predict that one fairly accurately.

Regarding the hypocrisy.

As I explained to JAH when he thought I was saying it specifically about him,

And I thought that you were saying it specifically about me. JAH was right when he posted that I took it the way he did , so it just goes to prove your post wasn't very clear.

I hope that clears up all the points. IU hope to have some more enjoyable discussions with you in the future. Hopefully regarding us moving up the league.

Very true. Objective 1 keep us in the Premier League. Failed.

I was going to write a full response but I can't be bothered. I've asked a couple of times and you still haven't answered. What is rubbish about my first post? I don't mean about who you believed it was aimed at, I mean the content of it.

To be honest, I can't be arrised.

Fair enough. Nice debating with you.
