A friends dad works for the government in the tax office and he seems to believe that there is a real chance Harry could be guilty as they wouldn't pursue it this far and take it to court unless they were sure he could be prosecuted. I am hoping this isn't the case!

Beezleboss - I think Hary's case is linked with Milan Mandaric's, and once they charged Mandaric, it followed that Harry also had to be charged. No idea what the outcome might be, but I remember they took it this far with Lester Piggott, although in his case they were talking about £3m in unpaid tax

Oh the IR pursue much more stupid cases than this in court, and lose. Tis institutional once the other party doesn't cough up and can stand their ground in court.

The RDBD hopefully that is the case though if Harry did go to prison it would be amusing yet painful to see how Kevin Bond, Les Ferdinand and TIm Sherwood would do in charge!
