Anyone see Puyols injury?

That wasnt a dislocation, he broke it. Or at least some ligament got torn.

Looked awful

Broke my elbow playing football once, so painful! Didn't help that everyone around me looked at it said it was trapped fluid and told me to just "shake it off"

Looked disgusting, similar to what my old school pal did years ago

Puyols arm

I dislocated my left knee a few times during my teenage years and I simply cannot even LOOK at that sort of injury any more.

I was told that the pain is worse than breaking both your legs at the same time and I tell you what, I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. You have to relax so much as when your muscles twitch, they are slowly ripping where they are connected to the dislocated bone. Not a pleasant experience at all, and I did it four times. Grr...

Makes me laugh a little when you're playing Football with mates and someone injurs themselves. Everyone becomes a doctor at that point "Ouch looks like he done his metertarsal, 6 weeks out" "You need to ice that straight away" someone breaks his leg "Ah mate just walk it off you'll be ok" haha

Just a simple broken arm. He landed awkwardly.
