I'd go with:
-----------------Jones
Wisdom - Coates - Carra - Enrique
-------------Hendo Sahin
-----------------Shelvey
Downing-------Yesil -----Assman
Good enough? Robinson instead of Enrique? Where the f is Joe Cole?
TEAM FOR TOMORROW!

don't remember Di Natale causing us that much trouble
He made a world class finish from a fair bit out, he didn't run us ragged

Kaiser ()
He caused plenty or problems, bought others into the game, held up the ball very well, was always a threat in the air etc..

I just remember a finishing masterclass. A couple of chances a couple of goals.
Not being under pressure from Di Natale

Forget Carra and J. Cole, time to move on with the BR system which neither suit.
-------------------Jones----------------
Johnson---Coates---Agger--Robinson
----------Henderson---Shelvey--------
--------------------Suso------------------
Assadi------------Yesil------------Enrique
Is something i would like to try, Suso in behind the pacey Yesil and lively Assadi, Enrique there to give Robinson a bit of protection. Johnson and Agger for the experience they bring.

This game is where losing the Udinese game really hurts us.
We could have relaxed and played a young team had we beat Udinese, knowing defeat wouldn't be too disastrous.
Now we simply have to play a strong team.
I take the point that league form is more important than any cup, and league games don't come much bigger than Sunday, but bottom line is if we lose tomorrow we are as good as out with both Udinese and Anzhi to play away yet.
I can't see being knocked out of Europe with another home defeat as a positive.
Much better to go into the Derby with two home wins on the spin and well placed in the Europa League.

"The FA Cup would not have made any difference had he won it, no, no," Henry, after Kenny was dismissed.
Winning two cups wouldn't have saved Kenny. Therefore one can conclude that cup competitions are regarded as being far less important than league performance.
-----------------------------------------------
Because of the league performance. They have never taken anything away from cup performances and have always said they want to win all competitions. That's just something the Kenny FC fans trot out.

So therefore winning the domestic cups would mean very little in the scheme of things. His fate was decided purely on league performance.
Even a Startanargumentinanemptyroom Wanderers fan should see that.

No. His fate was decided on league finish. If he'd spent £100m and finished fifth, it would have shown progress in the league and also a couple of cup wins would have been great. As it happened he spent £100m and regressed in the league and thus, rightly, was sacked.
This old fable Dalglish FC fans keep coming out with that the owners said cups don't matter is nonsense, they in fact said the opposite.
