I'm doing that Insanity programme at the minute, so I'm doing 6 days a week.
Got into a very good habit of starting at 6am.
Can be something of a killer with football 2 nights a week and a saturday afternoon as well.

Do a bit of cardio to start, but footy and cycling takes care of the majority

Just starting my last week of month 1.
Love the "pure cardio" session. I think it's working for me because I'm coming off the back of some bad injuries, and just being able to train pretty hard every day is a real novelty still.
I'm lifting twice a week in the evenings to keep my hand in there, but really just concentrating on the Insanity to try to finish it. Had a bad time lately and got badly out of shape, so trying to prove to myself that I can finish it.
Fitness wise really seeing the benefits though.
Hoping to get back to competitive football after the new year, and a few months ago, I'd genbuinely not have been considering it.
Sometimes it's good to find something that really suits you.

Cool, Pure Cardio is my favourite of the month one workouts mainly because its not repetitive.
Also it is in-between my lifting days so I like to keep press-ups to a minimum.
