Oh and just found out he was sacked by his last club. Surely Venkys can't be that stupid?

If Holloway, Redknapp and Berg are the final three then why pick the least experienced or suitable option?

Looks like Henning Berg is your new manager, only some small details remains to sort out before he signs. Don’t know if I’m going to feel sorry for you or what. He has only managed two clubs in Norway and he’s not exactly considered the best manager even here. But who knows, he may turn out to be great after all

Ha Ha well reading this small thread should tell us what the mani oppinion will be,not my choice but better than Kean,i hope these fans who do not see him as the perfect replacement at least he has replaced him,an for me that is a major boost,ok he doesnt seem to have succeeded to well so far, and i am not decrying Norwegian football here, but it is a totally different game over there to what he played his footy in,i will give Henning a chance and hopefully he will take us back to the prem this season,at last Bye Bye Mr Kean.

To be fair, most of us wanted anyone but Kean. We got our wish with Kean getting sacked and now I'm prepared to give the new guy a fair chance, whomever it is.
At least Berg knows the club, has some kind of standing in the game and has some managerial experience.
Certainly didn't want Redknapp, his ability to convince an owner to spend money they don't have + clueless owners = administration.

Well lets hope the majority of fans think the same,i agree that is still does not make jump up in the air and cheer, but untill these clowns leave us we have to take what comes,in truth i am ok with this signing but still cant be happy with the ewood set up whilst these people are in harge,,but we have at last rid ourselves of that man Kean.i see that as the first step forward.
