Do refrees support a football team

Lets face it utd have the biggest fan base, they have got more fans outside of manchester than in manchester.
Could that mean some of the refrees are utd fans. every person has biasness inside them.
maybe we should get refrees imported from different countries to england to restore the integrity of english football.

But Chelsea games are pretty unlikely to effect QPR, apart from the twice they play each other. There'd be no point Halsey engineering a Chelsea loss to Reading only to have Reading finish above his own side.

maybe we should get popes and rabias n imams to refree matches. these are people who's reputation can be questioned and will therefore try now to have any biasness inside them

It seems very much the long con for Webb to tell his bosses he's a Rotherham fan, become the best ref in england (arguably) then maybe be given games where he can influence things in another club's (guessing you're thinking United's) favour.

Everyone I know knows I support United, people I no longer speak to know I support United. If I was to become a ref and tell them I support Chelsea in a dastardly bid to upset your title chances someone would come out of the woodwork pretty quick.

I am assuming we are talking about our modern inflated fanbase than our large but nowhere near modern levels fanbase from before the premiership years. The figures don't really work for our inflated fanbase to have come through in time to help us...

United first title in modern times - 92/93

The youngest referee in the premiership - 27

The very youngest referee would have to not be getting into football until he was about 8 years old to get caught up in the United glory years.

Isn't Webb a Sheffield United fan? I know he was at their play-off semi last season as it showed him in the stands.

Of maybe he's just attracted like a moth to the colours red, white and black
