DJ to weld the axe?

Either DJ's recognising what everyone else is or he's been reading our threads lately on the situation. He's right to put pressure on our curent crop of mishitters by warning them that he is on the lookout for someone who can put chances away, and with a loan deal involving Madine & Swindon being mooted it suggests that DJ is definately looking at another striker, with Cameron Jerome being mensioned on various rumour pages also. For me both moves would be benificial for everyone, Madine hasnt hit it off this season, suggesting that L1 is his true level but may come back more confident and Cameron Jerome being a quality Championship striker would benifit us as DJ knows him and as far as I know has a better attitude than Betty Boo and can score goals at this level.

Also tonight I cannot see DJ changing anything sadly as he seemingly has too much faith in his old chum Betty, who looked like he didnt give a rats whatsit the other night and him doing so leaves us facing a pasting at the hands of Boro who could go top tonight, plus being away from home dosnt help us either. I just wish D would drop Betty and play Mayor or JJ and give young Rodri a chance too, everyone says that he didnt do much and looked poor the other night but that was becase we played poor,reverted to 4,4,2 and played hoofball, which dosnt suit a lad who is used to playing a passing game, a la Barca. So if DJ wants a passing game then he has to play Rodri to his strength and im sure he'll come good!!

Sorry for sounding like a scratched record but COG as much as he works hard he cannot score and despite being our top scorer, he has only scored in three games in all competitions and they have been in "chunks" too so he hasnt the consistancy which will help us survive at this level.

I really hope that one of our...ahem...hitmen break their ducks atonight and go on a run but to be fair, i cannot see it. Hate to be pessimistic but got to be realistic, it'll be a 2-0 defeat for us tonight!!
