Time for Larry to Go?

After today's sorry performance I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that Deano should give Grayson one more game and if we don't pick up all three points against Wednesday, then he should be sacked.

Lets be honest, with a 16 match run of LLWWLLWDWLDLLDLD which has only yielded 16 points, this is relegation form in any bodies language, particularly since early relegation favourites such as Peterborough, Ipswich and Wednesday etc, are all showing a marked improvement in form, whilst Town's fortunes have moved in the opposite direction.

Like most fans I was prepared to give Grayson a fair crack of the whip but alas, I am now seriously beginning to believe what some of the Leeds fans have been telling us about Grayson's management abilities all season.

So Deano, you didn't shirk your duties when you thought Wor Lee wasn't performing to your expectations, so give Larry one more game only and if he still can't produce a win, then get shut and give someone else a chance, because after next Saturday's match we've only 21 games left to cement our Championship credentials and for a new manager to come in and arrest the current downward spiral, which will take us back into League One.

Larry has now been in charge for 40 league games since he arrived last season and his record shows 15 wins, 11 draws and 14 defeats, which can only be classified as average at best.

So Deano, one more game only for Larry and if he can't produce a win, then get shut and quick. I'm sure there are plenty of other managers out there who would jump at the opportunity of resurrecting Town's season, before it's too late.

For what it's worth, I think Grayson will make a great manager but he's not quite there yet. You can't really judge him on his time at Leeds in the Championship because he continuously had the floor ripped from under him by Bates. Had he been backed (kept Gradel, Howson and Johnson, say) he would probably still be at Leeds and I reckon we would be challenging now.

SKB
"I hate Leeds United. The only reason I would become their Manager is to get them relegated"

Is that a quote? I thought it was Sheffield Wednesday he said that about

Grayson has only had chance to do half the job thus far..one closed season after promotion...it'll take more than that to sort out Elsies' mess and trim the vast squad he left of the chaff he brought in...

If we can get a couple in january, then release 5 or 6 no hopers and recruit another 3 or 4 decent players in the summer, then it'll be pretty much his own team..then we'll see how good he is next season.

Deano will back him, he got us promoted at the first attempt, he deserves at least another 12 months...assuming we don't get relegated

It was Mirf who wrote that sentence/quote first, i just copied it to reply to it, so no idea if Warnock actually said them words about Leeds

LUFC Leicester Exile.

Colin W-nker said what I stated about Leeds United and not Sheffield Wednesday

What he actually said about Sheffield Wednesday, when asked by a Reporter what he would do if he was their Manager, he replied "As long as the whole of my salary was paid within 28 days, I would buy so many Tosspots - although come to think of it their current squad would do, f-ck 'em up so badly, then I'd retire to Cornwall and spend the rest of my life laughing my f-cking head off"

No joking - It really is time for Larry to go now after his latest example of how to manage a football club. So Deano, get the f-ck shut and snap up O'Driscoll before some other club steps in before you.

Lets face it, with a ten match record showing no wins and only 5 points picked up from the 30 contested, how much more evidence do you want before you can see that Larry has lost his way, just same as he finally did at Leeds - only difference was he's lost it much quicker with Town.

His 41 league matches in charge have resulted in 15 wins, 11 draws and 15 defeats, which is relegation form in most fans eyes - so get shut before it's too late for someone else to come and have a chance of resurrecting our season.

I like O Driscoll Mirf,, I like the footy his sides try to play, I like the type of players he brings into his clubs and the way he brings em on,,, He probably would be a good fit for Town,, Be a shame if he joined Barnsley a month before we are in the market for a new gaffer.

Brycey,

I also rate O'Driscoll highly, but If Deano follows the same route as he did with Wor Lee, then he'll get shut with around 16 matches to play, by which time O'Driscoll will have been snapped up by some other club. -
