Alright all.
Ordered the 'Insanity challenge' Thursday, should arrive Monday.
Also got my supplements sorted, as suggested by a friend of mine.
Just wondered, have any of you attempted/completed the program? I know it's going to be hell, but I'm looking forward too it.
To anyone who has completed it, what did you do afterwards? Re-start the challenge or hit the gym?
Lastly, what are your current projects. What programs are you following, goals/aims?

Its all in the nutrition mate, if you eat at a deficiet and train hard the fat goes quickly.

I know, diet was poor. Birthday is in November and the festivities sort of run on into Christmas party season. I'm always in a bad way come Jan.
Started it again 2 weeks ago, going to be watching the calorie intake much more closely this time round.

Question to anyone who's done Insanity.
Some days have 2 discs on. For example, Thursdays box says 'Pure Cardio&Cardio Abs'. Guessing those days you have 2 workouts to complete?
I'm feeling alot stronger in my legs, and I can see a difference in my abs already.
Alot of focus on the legs I must say, although the sheer effort required is probably what burns the fat.

Aye 2 work outs, but Pure Cardio is about 35 minutes and Cardio Abs is about 15 minutes with a very short warm up so it's grand.
Just have to hang on in.

You dont have to do the workouts back to back either, split them up over the day.

True.
From my own perspective, I just fund it handier to grind out the 2 sessions one after the other. I get up at 6 to train before work and as it still only clocks in about 50 minutes all told it was handy enough.

Each to their own, I find having kids means often its hard to find an hour so splitting up 2 workouts works.

Just started Insanity - the Asylum.
Newer version, uses speed ladders, dumbells, speed rope, resistance bands etc.
Would highly recommend it.
