# Same formation every game.
# Lack of tactical variation to suit the opposition - we can pick almost all of the starting 11 & bench every game.
# Lack of any signings this window - Wenger described the squad as "complete despite being in such a bad position."
# Lack of decent defensive coaching.
# Consistently playing players out of position.
# "Socialist" wage structure - makes poor players hard to shift, and keeping good players difficult.
# Lack of ability to motivate the players - they really don't seem so bothered any more.
All problems I see with Wenger, none of which will change. For me, Wenger must go at the end of the season.

Agree with most of these.
The thing about the wage structure for poorer players is that in my opinion a lot of them hasn't been his fault.
Chamakh - Good signing in theory, on a free, was scoring goals and playing well in Ligue 1, just couldn't cut it in the league.
Denilson - Brazil U20/19 captain when we signed him I believe. Can't argue with that..
Arshavin - Quality player when we signed him
Squillaci - Highly rated defender, capped 20+ times for france
The only ones I'd say were poor was Gervinho, who although he scored a lot of goals just always has looked like a deer prancing about on ice, and Park Chu-Young who obviously wasn't good enough.

Whoever decided that a massive football conglomerate such as Arsenal is in any way "socialist" needs to go first. FFS.

Socialist Wage Structure, not Football Club.
