Worst transfers ever?

Which transfers have been the worst ever?

I can think of a few of the top of my head that I feel have been either over the top, or just plain stupid.

In my opinion the worst ones in no particular order -

Torres £50 million to Chelsea

Schevchenko £30 million to Chelsea

Robinho £30 million to City

Andy Carroll £35 million to Liverpool

Juan Veron £30 million to Manchester United

Dimitar Berbatov £30 million to Manchester United. A lot of United fans may disagree but I dont think he justified his price tag in the time he was here.

Andriy Arshavin £16.5 million
