Fell that's nonsense. You weren't even in the game ffs. You were outplayed and United weren't even out of second gear. I can't believe Gibson and Anichebe are professional footballers.

They aren't. For Liverpool to go above sides above them we need them to drop points. That's normal.

You had as many chances?
Stats can be seen any way you like, the only chance that scared us was that long range shot that de gea flew across the goal to save, everything else was nothing to write about.
you dominated possession in the first half from about minute 20 to half time but created pretty much nothing and we hit you on the counter and could have scored every time.
second half we controlled the whole of it in my opinion, again could have scored a couple, Everton did nothing of note, fellaini was nullified so long balls to him were getting you nowhere

So De Gea only made one save.....
Someone didn't see the game

So the better save he made in the second half was nothing to write home about?

I can't remember everything
I was fairly accurate I thought, we had the same amount of shots but our chances were more threatening

Fell, you were never in the game. Your players looked unfit, tired and berift of confidence. A completely different team than the one that battered United this season. Fellaini looked like he didn't even wanna be playing.

Okay I will let you off Greg. I do feel the difference was all down to striking options.
However if this is the worst United side for many a season....im glad we only play you twice a season!

Personally I don't know how any Evertonian can take any positives from the game other than inbetween the two United Goas we were the better side. Before and after them we were woefully inadequate.
Heitinga proved again he is a complete liability, Neville proved he is far too old and kept playing them on side whilst stepping up and holding his arm aloft, Fellaini was man marked out of the game, Pienaar and Mirallas (inparticular) were terrible, Anichebe just seemed to wander around aimlessly for most of the first half, not even closing down the centre backs when in possession. I've not seen us play that badly since first half of last season. Absolutely terrible. And I was at the game, sat quietly in with the United fans, almost gave myself away when Ossie had that shot in the first half. Talking of Ossie - he proved he isn't someone who can play in a two in the centre of midfield, he needs to be out wide or floating about near the top. As good a player as he is, Giggs at 39 should not be floating about running the show.
Grrrr, rant over
