RtM - The ending sucked, but generally I felt very let down by the poor storyline and the fact that the gameplay hadn't improved.

The gameplay had substantially improved. The storyline was great and I loved the ending. i dont need things wrapped up in a tidy way for it to be satisfying. Allowing the player to use their mind is not a bad thing.

The only thing that was a let down was that it was less about your squad and more about Shepard. Being involved in your squads lives/problems is what made Mass Effect 2 so great.

3 was streamlined and made more mainstream overall but it didnt make it a bad game. Just not an absolute masterpiece like 2. Yet it was part of an over all masterpiece that was the trilogy.

We'll have to agree to disagree on that then. I thought the ending was appalling. Far too many holes, and imho the game petered out towards the end.

The fact that you either had to play 'a perfect game' or do online multiplayer to get the 'best' endings was a deal-breaker for me too

Also, it's been mentioned before, but I was disappointed with Dishonored too.

Both that and ME3 could have been AMAZING, but felt rushed.

...And Mech Assault 2: Lone Wolf. Why? Just Why?

every AC game after AC2-okay, not entirely fair i enjoyed Brotherhood but was completely under-whelmed by Revelations and AC3

plots went way downhill and you started to realise that gameplay was all the same!

ME3 did have a rushed feel. Should've been multiple disc's.

RtM - Are you trying to be facetious? It was on 2 discs for X360, but still felt rushed. Like they only had a limited timescale.Didn't feel like it'd been in dev mode for more than 2 years.

was it really? I genuinely thought it was a single disc. Only did the one play through. I am agreeing with you though. Felt like they didnt let it breathe like they did on 1 and 2.
