Only my assumption
It looks like Aguero was on Chelsea transfer cards in past however he was tempt to move in man city because of better financial package. We made an offer to him but he just wanted to be highest paid players in our squad what Chelsea Football Club didn’t accept. I did read Forlan comments and I came to conclusion /prove my opinion about aguero/ that he is money grabber.
Forlan is not saying that in article however if you can read between the lines then you understand the comment.

Well he's in better form. I'm happy Torres is looking better but I'm not going to lie, i would prefer Aguero right now

I wonder if you´ll be saying that come the end of the season ?

Time will tell although you have to remember that many big name South American players have failed to shine in the Premiership.
I suspect that Aguero will do well in English football but if he doesn´t start well then questions will be asked about his 200,000 per week wages and the pressure will mount.
You only have to look at how insignificant Dzecko was after his big money move to City last season.
Torres had a poor season last season but when you are as good a player as Torres is you will come good sooner or later.
I spoke recently to a lifelong Liverpool fan (who hates Chelsea) and he was convinced that Torres will come good at Chelsea.

Forlan-
The People magazine writes I told about Kun to them. I've NEVER spoken to anyone of this magazine. it's FALSE
I don't speak about the other people. I only speak about my decisions

All this talk about how we can't afford Aguero's wages is absolute rubbish,we can definitely afford It If we had pushed for him this summer.
The fact is in the past years when we after Aguero he wanted to STAY at Atletico and Atletico wanted to keep him so It was no go already.Chelsea put in a bid of £40mil for Aguero in January but at the time he didn't want to move. But this summer is different he wanted to leave and Atletico wanted to sell but we were not interested in signing him so we lost out.
