Saunders face some facts please !

So we are still deep in the mire, we still don't have a clear game plan, we are still chopping and changing the line ups but to try and stay up, I believe there are some really clear facts that have emerged.

1) we are no worse with Doherty at right back than foley etc and this will have benefits in the future

2) we would be no worse with Davis playing ahead of Henry and that will have benefits in the future

3) we are no worse with batth instead of RJ or Gorkks and that comes with benefits

4) a natural right winger (peszko) will do better than a makeshift (Edwards, hunt, foley etc)

5) no matter what line up sako has too play on the left and not right wing

6) Siggy must be in the starting line up, upfront and looks more likely to score than our other strikers

There is loads we all disagree on (captain, strikers, managers etc), but to keep it simple surely nobody would disagree with any of the above. Not saying this will keep us up but they are no brainers. Saunders face some facts please.

Its quite obvious the pez issue is more than not being rated by deano.
I assume there is a trigger clause we dont wanna activate.

Henry has dead eyes.

it would be rare to have a trigger clause in a loan deal cinci but like you i'm at a loss to think what else it could be (am really hoping it is not just that saunders doesn't think he is as good as edwards or foley at RM or else i might cry).

there was a lot of fuss made about our '5 right midfielders' when DS arrived and i am sure that M&M will be looking at how they trim the squad and the wage bill for next season in div2 or div 3. i have to imagine that pressure has been brought to bear on saunders not to pick peszko as he has already been told he won't be allowed to sign him. we know that the cost to make the deal permanent is £500k but we don't know what pez's wages are and that may be the sticking point. it is a hell of a gamble tho if we are cutting corners relying on boukari to be fit.

I wonder if the cost of an extra payment is more than what we could lose va relegation.

no chance floyd.

if we go down then i would expect us to lose £3-4m off the turnover. we could sign pez outright for £0.5m at the end of the season so i doubt any increased loan fee would be crippling.

Not much in it. As we are light years from the Prem, there isn't much difference between the Champ and League One.

There will be:

1) Players sales again (£5m job lot + Sako)
2) Tiny wages for a bunch of kids

Might as well save on Peszko's payment as he won't be with us anyway.

Don't agree on 6 Floyd, I still prefer SEB, or giving Cassidy a run, at central striker with Siggy on the right.

As most I'm mystified by what's happening with Pesky - I cant believe it's financial reasons when faced with the financial loss of League 1 football.

As usual we are concerning ourselves with players that aren't currently in the team. This is typical of Wolves fans in general but has been more apparant over the past 3 or 4 months.

We eagerly awaited the return of our saviour JO'Hara, and now everyone realises that he offers nothing.

My recollection of Peszko is that he is third rate player with anger management issues.
