Growing up, Roy Keane was my hero. So much so that I even got Keano as a nickname during my school days. He was an absolutely fantastic player for United. But where has it all went so wrong??
Now I'm not even going to get into the argument over whether or not it was a red card. What I will ask though, is why he got son angry about the whole subject. Southgate and Dixon looked afraid to disagree with him and the anger and bitterness was just dripping from Keane. I believe that if a Madrid player had been sent off for the same thing Keane would have swore blind that it wasn't a red card offence. I've always defended him, even back in the 2002 World Cup, but I have to say I was sickened by him last night. A nasty, bitter and spiteful man.

Thats what i would have said. Irish come from Ireland. Pakistani's come from Pakistan, right?

It's a simple way of looking at things and to be honest the word does not really have a offensive meaning but ask anyone from the 70s and 80s when growing up and they will tell you that it is very offensive when faced against NF or BNP.
Nowaday's the jibes tend to be more Islamaphobia.
