Controversial decision in the champions league, I thought what's the worst one that's gone against my team.
Kompanny against Nani red for a good tackle?
Sun jihai's red against Birmingham I think for going shoulder to shoulder.
The penalty not given against Madrid or the onside goal not given against Madrid?
Was nani's red the worst decision you have seen?
After this weeks

Rio only looks like he is getting there as Evans' unfair tackle slows Torres down.
-----------
Nope. Go watch the video. Rio is tracking Torres' run and round the back to cover. He is already running and about 3 yards ahead of Torres. Go watch the video. Torres overhit the ball anyway, which is why he went down.
------------------------------
I've seen the video. Rio is metres away, Torres is running straight and Rio has to run diagonally to get to him, if Evans doesn't foul Torres, Rio is never getting there. Torres overhit the ball as he was slowed down by the unfair challenge. He was fouled and therefore he should have got the decision, regardless of going down easily.
-------------------------------
Have another watch. Rio isnt metres away at all. He is closer to the ball than Torres before Evans even touches Torres. I dont deny that there was contact, but it was never a red card as Torres wasnt going to get to the ball first.

Yes, he has himself to blame, as he went down easily. However this is what players do now as referees aren't rewarding players who are fouled unless they highlight it. Torres was put at a disadvantage unfairly and to carry on would have meant Rio would have caught him and the ref wouldn't have blew for the foul and red. He highlighted it and thought the ref would do his job correctly. He didn't, in my opinion.
---------------------
The ref booked him for simulating an injury. Torres dived and then faked he'd been hurt too
The booking was totally warranted
Like I said earlier, It's one of my biggest bugbears of Suarez, and I used to feel exactly the same about Nani who was bloody cringeworthy at times
Sir Alex has put a stop to it as it is one of his pet hates too.
Young got a blasting off the boss for simulation and Danny Welbeck was dropped from the squad altogether after he dives earlier in the season

All teams have divers,it's quite hypocritical when opposition players get slagged off for it
I don't see what Bale,Suarez or Young does as any different to how easily yaya or Dzeko can go to ground, although not as obvious it's just the same to me.
Dzeko lying on the ground cost us a goal at home to Liverpool pretending he was hurt and recovering like Lazarus.

Can you copy and paste this as unless somebody came into my office when I was at lunch and had this conversation with you, this is simply a lie.
...................................
It was a while ago and as I said I can't be bothered to find it, besides you never found that comment you accused the other day going on about ABU's.
....................................
With the Torres-Evans one, I can accept there can be some disagreement but I simply can't understand how you can deny the Rooney incident.
.....................................
No one is denying it is a red card just clarifying exactly what happened, which was Rooney hit him with his arm to the side of the his face after he obstructed him.
It should have been a red card and a yellow card for McCarthy, but it was his lower arm rather than his elbow that made contact (watch the video closely) and he did make a movement to obstruct Rooney...
To say Rooney just went after the guy for no reason when United had the ball and were quickly moving onto the attack makes no sense.

"Dzeko lying on the ground cost us a goal at home to Liverpool pretending he was hurt and recovering like Lazarus."
But yeah, it is cringeworthy when players pretend they are hurt and more so when they have dived and not even been touched.

Arab - arm, elbow, whatever, why the big speech to clarify which part of the arm he smashed him with? It makes no difference. He smashed him with his arm, from behind.
Nobody said he went after the guy for no reason.
The article asked for controversial decisions, Rooney smashing a player from behind is one, whether he smashed him with his elbow or his arm.

Maybe it really was someone else then TOOR but apparently I was biased because I said it was the forearm rather than the elbow (it clearly is if you watch the video) and the person also refused to accept McCarthy moved into the way...
I really did genuinely believe it was you, if you accept both those things before I even said it then my apologies.

I did also say it should have been a red for Rooney just in case that isn't clear...

In terms of bad decisions against MUFC, then the 'penalty' conceded by Rio agaisnt NUFC last season is one of the most laughably inaccurate.
Not only did a great piece of defensive football go unrecognised, it was unnecessarily punished.
As for other injustices concerning other teams, then there are a whole host of free kicks and penalties awarded to AFC [under Wenger] that are quite frankly disturbing enough to worry someone - even those that are not 'conspiracy theorist's'.
Luckiest team on the planet in that respect.

He stamped on Suarez this season too.

I think most people on the planet would congratulate a player doing that
