I'd say Le Tisser's goal against Blackburn (I think) where he flicked it it up over one player, rounded another and gave it a cheeky side finish past the keeper. Followed by Bergkamps against Newcastle.
However had Cantona not hit the bar in this video at 4 minutes 12, I think that would have been the best ever.

I've seen Henry plenty of times. Doesn't mean that even the best players hit shots that are more hope than skill. Barthez was shockingly positioned.

exactly ttliv... it was hit and hope, just like Henry's.. 99% of the time they go nowhere near the back of the net. For technique, Crouch's was the better strike. Henry's spun off his boot.

The Le Tissier goal that i highlighted earlier in the thread was a much more impressive goal, requiring far more concentration and deliberate touches.

It wasn't THAT impressive. I'm not denying that it was a very aesthetically pleasing goal, but you see a dozen of those a season across the various leagues.
