Totally agree a lot more could have and should have been done mate, which could of stopped 89 happening, i just think at the time football fans were lawless and no one really knew how to sort them out unfortunately took Hillsbourgh for something to start being done, i have to say the ID cards were a terrible idea mate

Thatcher led the cover up to absolve SYP of any blame as way of recompense for their bully boy tactics during the miners strike.
I was a school leaver when that witch was in power so i suffered first hand from her policies.
As for her family grieving her. None of her family where at her bedside during her last hours. That tells you all you need to know about her.

Very true mate plus I think this day and age someone has to be held accountable for what happens with the added threat of compensation claims on top of that you can understand why H&S has gone mad, there aint many cases these days where its just an accident.
