IT help needed URGENT

Sorry this is not football related, but hoping we have some geniuses on here.

Basically I have a PC and had that virus where you get the notice from cheshire police saying your computer is blocked until you pay

The b****ards have pictures of kiddie p orn on the message. I have called police and fraud squad (to protect my own back as much as getting these c***s shut down)

Cant use the computer at the moment to as the message just pops up rendering teh computer useless. ill get a techie in but thought there maybe someone on here been through similar or can help

I am sure you know more about virus's than me, I honestly havn't had one since I used to wonder around dodgy sites as a young teen

I haven't had a virus since win 98, but I have a lot of costumers that has given me enough money over the years because of viruses :P

I choose win xp because games run better in my experience.

I tried win 7 a few times as it does look nicer but the games do not perform as well as on windows xp.

a) Start the pc in "Safe Mode with Networking"

b) Run TDSS Killer here...

c) Run Eset Online Scanner here...
http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

d) When the scans are completed... Re-start pc and I bet you the virus will be gone. Never failed to remove a virus or rootkit yet using this procedure.

Can you not get any help off Jay and his magic supersonic blower thing. He's quite good at clearing up problem PC's.
