Where Do You Rank Vettel?

Fair enough Martial, Will have to see how Vettel progresses this year. He was immense in 2011 but he let him self down last year getting one pole less than Hamilton. (LH 7, SV 6 then down to MW and FA with 2).

Vettel isn't dominating quali like he did in 2011. Surely he should be racking up poles, quali supremo isn't he?
