Just feel lucky to be alive to witness the resurgence of midfield generals in players like Henderson & Downing.

Aside from magic beans there are precious few investments that look so strong on paper.

They're different players

modric is a better deep lying play maker , gets moves going , his lower centre of gravity gives him better agilty when dribbling and he can be more of a threat. Modric although smaller is also better defensively.

Nasri on the other had is more of a threat further up the pitch as an advanced playmaker hes more dangerous , at times instead of playing a through ball he goes on a run and finishes superbly. hes also physically stronger on the ball .

Realistically speaking I cant see nasri at chelsea , modric would be a better addition to the squad
