We do have a system. Our system is to buy much better and much more expensive players than our rivals and hope that it covers up for our managers inadequacy.

Getting back to the SPL is like shooting fish in a barrel but Ally gets a sub machine gun to make sure he has no chance of missing.

I agree, I don't hate Ally, or the coaching team. I just think they are useless.
