Massive massive shoes to fill, but if he can keep an average team like everton in the top ten for the last 6 years, then hopefully he's ready for this big challenge and at least he's likely to stay with the club for a while unlike someone like mourinho.
But im not too worried, with fergie as director he wont be too far away to keep moyes in check!

Success is never guaranteed with new managers. I'd rather see us give someone who matches the club a chance than see someone come in and churn things up.
Moyes is clearly a determined guy. I'm excited to see if he can make the step up. For all we know he could be perfect.
