Rangers knew the asking price Dundee were looking for. If they wanted him so much why didn't they just offer the money at the start?
seems like a crazy transfer policy if your planning to wait until the very last minute
anyway, i'm not complaining. I hope he does well for us

Tim played really well for Rovers since they bought him from Norwich,it really irked me that so fine a midfielder was not capped for England,moves to Tottenham and bingo he is an international all of a sudden.Well He was our captain at that time and a damn good player.
