Rooney is 7/1 to be top scorer this season, where as Van Persie is 9/1. Do you think this will finally shut up the delusionised Arsenal fans that say Van Persie is better? After all the bookies know their stuff. Rooney isn't even a striker and he is going to score more goals than Van Persie. Would like to see the odds of Van Persie tracking back and covering left back like Rooney every game, a million to one? Rooney is streets ahead and you know it.

yeah only because of referees, fergie time and rooney dived for every goal. van persie will outscore him by xmas and have doubled him by the end of the season. van persie has scored 1 goal in europe and rooney has got none
