Admittedly he wasn't my first choice but I'm willing let his results do the talking.
Been interesting reading all the Redside supporters slagging him off and knocking us for appointing him. This is the same Manager that both Liverpool and Villa wanted last Summer but HE turned both of them down, choosing to stay at Wigan. I guess he thought he had more chance of winning something at Wigan and would wait for a Big club to come along before moving on.
Sour grapes I guess, cause they got stuck with Rogers.

Funny watching Bill being interviewed, and speaking of how massively impressed he was with Roberto, and the fact he had said, 'I'll get you to the champions league', then Roberto squirming when asked about this promise by the collective media.

What is Kenwright doing saying something like that - talk about cranking up the pressure unnecessarily.
It's the sort of dreamy, outlandish quote that is absolutely tailor-made to be mentioned by Kirsty Gallacher in 5 years' time on Sky's Premier League Years 2013/2014, with that slightly raised, bemused inflection in her voice:
"Meanwhile, Roberto Martinez started his short Everton reign with the promise of Champions League football; he ended it 8 games into the season after a win, a draw, 6 defeats and 43 goals conceded, including 17 own goals from new signings Gary Caldwell and Jean Beausujour".
Kenwright lives on a different planet.

I saw some of the interview and though Bill and Bob were trying to break the record for most mentions of the fans in a press conference.
Anyone would think they were trying to sell more tickets

Wasn't that Liverpool's early form this season?

Anyone would think Bill Kenwright/Martinez were the first people to make silly predictions on league placing.

So you only get interest in a clubs players if you are a success?
Do you now count 7th a success as clubs are interested in Liverpool players
I think that's 15-love
