I reckon Tommy Hearns stopping Duran in the second round was one of the biggest upsets in boxing history. Before the fight Duran was considered to be almost invincible when in a "big" fight, with one hell of a chin however Hearns put that to bed.
A minority of boxing fans at the time accepted it was possible that Duran might lose but not in the fashion he did.
Can you think of any other fights that produced such a spectacular upset?

Do you feel the same way about fox, stag and whale hunters, or does the animal have to be cute and cuddly?

Lopez vs Ortiz.
Lopez was huge underdog but broke Ortiz.'s jaw and stopped him.
