Well done Theo

Congratulations Theo on tying the knot son. He is still young but for someone who rose to stardom at the tender age of 16 he has done well and he does not have the 'typical footballer' hype following him.

He may not be everyone's cup of tea but his heart is in the right place. He just wants to play football, no off-field antics, did not go wild and out in Vegas for his stag do. He epitomises a typical Wenger player who does not tolerate nonsense off the field. I hope for his sake he proves a lot of us wrong that he scored for fun to market himself to other clubs or to show us what we would be missing if he left.

P.S he will never be Henry, he will get close to his goal scoring record .

He will get nowhere near it.

seems a good lad though

Oh yes, he will. He'll get to 100 goals in the next 2 seasons, he's already on about 60.
Should surpass RVP at least

Think if she wanted anything, Theo MIGHT be able to afford to get it her.

the point of gifts especially at a wedding is not the actual product but the sentiment

"i donated 100 quid in your name" is not the same

"P.S he will never be Henry"

You got that bit right

Marriage is for idiots, there's nothing in it for men except to have the Sword of Damocles over your head - but in Theo's case he is so rich it doesn't really matter.

So you're saying there's no sentiment to making a donation to a worthy cause? For Theo, that's clearly the sentiment he wanted! Most of us wouldn't ask that because we're not earning the kind of money he is to be able to buy whatever present we want but he is. Personally, I think that that's a fantastic gesture and wish more of these celeb types (or high earners) did the same thing!

If he wanted to donate to charity why not do it quietly and anonymously.

It's probably a way for Theo to not have to put in his apartment crap he doesn't want from wedding guests!

Even if he wanted to, do you think the press would have respected that? It's essentially a celeb wedding so they'll want all the details to sell their silly magazines!
