The ICC have allowed banned International cricketer Mohammad Amir to play domestic cricket. He was originally banned from participating in all cricket, whether it be club or International.
The interesting thing amongst all this is both the ICC and the PCB want his ban reduced or eased in some way. That is why it's interesting that they have now allowed him to play domestic cricket because the PCB wants his International ban reduced too. If this were to happen we could see Mohammad Amir back on the International stage within the next 8 months.
Make of it what you will.
