You'll all remember my thought provoking article from the other day of course! Decided to update you on the routine I'm using incase anyone is interest! Sharing best practice and all that! Teamwork!
Anyway, I set the treadmill to maximum incline (15 on this particular treadmill). I started off at 3mph and then increased to 9mph for 30 seconds (high intensity) then back down to 3mph for 60 seconds (low intensity).
I repeated this 6 times and was absolutely scunnered by the end of it!!! Legs burning and sweating like I've never sweated before and breathing like Darth Vadar wi the flu!
