£20m up front?

I read in one of the papers that Madrid are trying to structure the deal so they pay £20m per year for 5 years.

If this is the case then they can fack off. They still haven't paid us for Modric. Any less than £50m+ Coentrao/Morata up front and we shouldn't even consider it as we would struggle to reinvest.

The more I hear about this transfer the more I want us to stick two fingers up to these arrogant cants.

I actually think this is a good move by Joe. Think it would not be a bad deal for the club either. That said, the Modric money should be wiped by them giving us player <s> worth upto the amount owed.

It has to be upfront, otherwise all they are doing is paying us from the shirts Bale sells. In other words, they are getting him for nothing that way

Apologies genius. I was so angry I rushed on here to vent my anger!

To be honest £100m now and £120m over 5 years aren't massively apart depending on inflation over the next few years.
