Boukari

Has travelled to France to have a medical with a view to a season long loan. On the basis we don't have many wingers and we've spent what feels like forever getting him fit (now two weeks away) where is the benefit in loaning him out for a season.

Surely you all witnessed the injury happen? It was live on TV you conspiracists

I didn't witness an injury that would keep a player out for 10 months bigyam

Mike - I have no idea whether Boukari is any good cause not seen him enough. But I have seen a lot of Doumbia and not seen him have a good game since last September. Maybe I am being unkind, maybe I am being unfair, maybe their attitudes are as suspect as I think they are, but either way I doubt either of them will ever play for Wolves again.

I saw it - the bullet definitely came from the South Bank.

Valenciennes have the option to buy Doumbia at the end of the loan. So its unlikely we are looking to keep him.

Fair enough dj, I just think that it's a lot of effort to go to just because he doesn't want to play for us. He looks good what little I did see of him but not enough to really form an opinion.

The injury was muscle related so it wouldn't look as bad as say a broken leg.

Tam- I didn't know that we obviously don't want doumbia at all then. We shall see what the deal is with boukari. Personally I'd like to see him given a chance to show what he can do for us

I don’t doubt his injury was genuine I just hope that whoever is negotiating the terms of the loan makes sure they can’t send him back and dump him onto our wage bill if/when he breaks down again.

Wolves' £3million winger Razak Boukari continues his trial at French club Sochaux this week. The 26-year-old Togo international could then join on a season-long loan.

I didn’t realise this was a trial, thought they’d already taken him on loan.
