Paddy Kenny- 7- couple of decent saves kept us in the game
Lee Peltier- 7- got forward well second half and pretty solid
Tom Lees- 7- did well despite the odd mistake with short backpass
Jason Pearce- 7- Pretty Solid
Steve Warnock- 7- Did well defensively
Paul Green- 6- At fault on the Goal
Luke Murphy- 6.5- Did ok but need to support the front players more
Rudy Austin- 7- Love his Tackling
Ross McCormack-7 poor 1st Half but fantastic equaliser
Domonic Poleon- 7- Had the complete beating of Buxton but faded 2nd half
Luke Varney- 6- poor game today
Michael Tonge- 6.5 Touch of class when he came on and looked our best midfielder- should have started against the Wendys.
Matt Smith-5- never got into game
EHD-5 never got started
B Mcdermott 6- IMO Should have Introduced EHD instead of Smith to give him some game time-Hunt should have got 10 mins.
Crowd- Disappointing for Yorkshire Derby
Thought Giles Coke looked a good player today.

Eric he was terrible in the other matches. You can see his head go down with every mistake. Like I said seems low on confidence.
I think BM will drop him now.

Were you there today snapski?
Or were you watching your own shower draw with Charlton?
1 point and almost rock bottom, how is it all the way down there?

Today there may have been a reason Frank. That's all I'm saying. He's obviously done enough in training and the games he's played for Mr McDermott to pick him today.

Peltier and Pearce have been good so far this season. Looking forward to seeing them as a centreback partnership. Warnock also been solid defensively, haven't seen much of his so called good delivery yet though.
Austin's interceptions are fantastic, somehow also manages to get a foot in aswell, there was one brilliant tackle second half. Great 2 games, we look so much stronger with him in.
Green has been shocking this season. Tonge is miles better technically, calm on the ball, can run with it and pass it. Murphy...sadly haven't seen anything yet to shout home about, not sure what he brings, but deserves time.
Poleon's a massive threat, direct running and will only get better. Varney doesn't do anything. McCormack is our best player at the moment.

Green terrible today.
Austin commanding presence.
McCormack great goal, looked dangerous.
Peltier squandered many attacking opportunities with poor delivery and caught out of position too many times at the back.
Murphy seemed to have good ideas but execution was poor.
Smith had no delivery to him
Diouff on for 7 minutes is pointless.
CBs simply too small against their monster giants.

Personally, I was hoping for better, but wasn't overly surprised by the result. And I did watch on the box 'down south', so apologies if my opinions are too guided by what the TV showed rather than what they actually achieved.
Thought that Peltier looked far keener on getting forward than in previous matches, which would have been fine but for the fact Lees never looked comfortable covering him. On the occasions when Peltier went forward, Lees didn't look to me as if he knew whether he should move to right-back or whether he should stay close to Pearce and that put us on the back foot on a few occasions. Indeed, desperately close to conceding on at least one of those times.
Austin was great in midfield; it would just be nice to see him smile once in a while. He's clearly determined, but he is allowed to enjoy himself!
Murphy had some fantastic touches, but also some really weak, basic passes that went astray. Perhaps this was because of lack of options, but either way, passing to the opposition only fifteen feet away is not what we need. But, whilst I think he may take time, I feel that he could be really good for us.
Ross, once again, had to cover far too much ground to receive the ball, but looked the only one capable of something different, something unusual. And a fabulously taken goal. For what it's worth, my take on the post-match interview is that perhaps he's been told he 'may' be sold, but that it depends on whether they can get rid of someone else first. McD clearly would like him to stay, McC would also like to stay, but given that someone has to leave and there is an offer for him, maybe the hierarchy think that it's an option. Let's just hope that someone comes in for EHD and frees up a space for a new recruit. The latter, by the way, was his usual wasteful self; he goes down too easily, slows play down and only once in a while produces. I'd be happy to see him go.
Overall, I wasn't surprised and it clearly showed that we need a spark from somewhere. Let's hope it will arrive shortly.

Kenny - 8 - Very solid.
Peltier - 7 - Got forward a lot more today but his final ball still lets him down
Lees - 5.5 - Got outmuscled and looked less composed than normal
Pearce - 7.5 - Looking much more assured than last season
Warnock - 7 - Defended and got forward well
Austin - 8(MOTM) - Excellent display. Tackled hard and his passing has improved drastically. Doesn't shoot from 40 yards all the time either.
Green - 4 - Very poor today. Passing went astray a lot.
Murphy - 6 - Didn't shirk any challenges but his passing wasn't great today.
Varney - 5 - Worked hard but didn't show a great deal of quality. Didn't win a lot in the air either which is normally a strength of his.
Poleon - 6.5 - Looked pacey and lively but his decision making let him down today.
McCormack - 7.5 - Terrific goal. Some good passing shown. Needs to stop dropping so deep though.
Tonge - 7 - Calm presence in the midfield and passed well.
Smith - 5.5 - Didn't look very mobile but didn't get a lot of service either.
Diouf - N/A - Not enough time on the pitch.
Overall = average.

I think Tom Lees should be sold, he's useless and makes many mistakes - he was indirectly responsible for Wed.'s goal as he caused the corner(which resulted in the goal) by not letting Kenny get the ball. Please replace that guy !!
