More about me:

Interest in, and playing, soccer began as a youngster in South Africa. Became a Leeds United fan in the early 70s when I learned my grandmother was born in Leeds and my grandparents married there. Played at a decent level until mid-20s and am certified to coach and have coached up to U19. Have been volunteer refereeing up to that level in Los Angeles, CA, USA since 1999. On Sunday, March 6, 2011, my paid, youth and adult refereeing career began. On September 10, 2019, I began refereeing college soccer and will start refereeing high school games in December 2019.

Favorite players include Billy Bremner and Chris Chilton (during his playing days in South Africa).
