I think he could be.
I know he's unproven in the Premier League but I would put him ahead of RVP, Wilshere, Walcott, Suarez, all Chelsea's players and all Man City's.
Here's my top 10 players in the PL:
1. Ozil
2. Cazorla
3. RVP
4. Walcott
5. Suarez
6. Aguero
7. Mata
8. Giroud
9. Kompany
10. Hazard

Is Ozil The Best Player In The PL?

Ozil is a great great player but doesn't improve your vulnerable areas of the team. Arsenal have never really struggled to make chances and score goals.
The back 5 of Arsenals in NOWHERE near good enough for the title or the CL.

I know it's Lady, but loads of people are taking it seriously. Chill.
Anyway, couple of points: 1.) We conceded fewer goals than every team bar Man City (including United) ergo it is good enough to win the league, as United managed when conceding more, and 2.) we struggled all last season for creativity as we were far too reliant on Cazorla and Rosicky.

^^^^ That first bit wasn't addressed to you, incidentally.

PL's best attacking players last season IMO, excluding players who have left.
RvP
Mata
Suarez
Hazard
Cazorla
Coutinho
Silva
I would rank Ozil as between Mata and Suarez.

I'll rank Ozil after 10 games in the league and after he plays against City, Chelsea and United

Quality player but a shame about his stamina or lack of it, guess that's why madrid decided he was surplus to requirements.
