I am sorry but you don't know the rules very well.

A player can put in as many transfer requests as he wants, the club however can say SOD off each time. A transfer request is only abt loyalty bonuses and signing on bonuses.

Fellaini was always available for sale. The only problem with him was that NO ONE was willing to pay his ridiculous buy-out of £23m. Man Utd panicked at the end of the window and offered £27.5m. Everton were still not willing to pay Fellaini £1m in loyalty bonus so asked Fellaini to put in a request to void that. Faillaini got the confirmation from Man Utd late that they were willing to give Fellaini another £1m to cover that. So Man Utd actually paid Everton £27.5m and Fellaini £1m to join them.

It was NEVER abt bonus payments with Suarez, Rooney. They were not available at any price. As for Gustavo we were not willing to give him assurances that he would be first choice. Wenger will never be dictated to by a player. Thats why we also turned down Cesar. We moved on from Higuain because Suarez was so desperate to join us and assured us that he had a release clause. The player believed it himself ffs. Teaches him to hire better agents who actually consult lawyers when drawing up contracts. But anyone would need their head examined who would turn down Suarez desire to move to us because we wanted to poorer player in Higuain.

that is just gutter press. PSG may of offered Ozil more money but Real would of only of accepted the highest bid.

Spurs fans must of got a rude awakening about just how small their club is. They were forced to sell Bale to Real saying "no one can turn down Real Madrid" and Arsenal have just pinched one of their top players off them in their prime.

PSG and Arsenal BOTH met his transfer price of €50m. Ozil chose us because of Wenger. Simple as that.

if PSG offered then madrid must have accepted so they must have bid the same amount
