You just know England will play hoofball to lambert. They'll see that's he's tall and think straight away, hoof it to him!
He is good in the air, but he's actually a good passer, holds the ball up well and has good vision. He's almost like a number 10.
Would be good to see him holding up the ball and threading it through to Walcott and welbeck
For me playing hoof ball would eliminate half of his strengths. Bit like sometimes they play Walcott too deep and constantly pass to his feet. Have they never heard of a through ball!
