In years gone by I would savour how well Rooney is playing.
But I can't help but feel different about him at moment, it is clear that had Utd not blocked his move he would be Chelsea player now.
For whatever reasons he just wasnt happy and seems mostly due to playing out of position or simply not playing.
He is playing well which is great but I dont feel he is committed to the club and come next window I expect more speculation.
Until he comes out and says he wants to stay and signs new contract I will not be able to fully enjoy him playing well.
But thats just my view.
watching Rooney play well feels different

You keep harking on about wanting to see his commitment.
How many other top players in Europe, who didn't support their team as a lad, have stayed for what is now his tenth season?
He owes us nothing quite frankly. As long as he doesn't slag off the fans and the club I'm happy to keep him.
Couldn't care less if he now doesn't like fergie. Fergie didn't get it right all the time. He's made plenty of mistakes with famous ex United players.

This is Wayne's 10th season at the club. I think that's fantastic service quite frankly.

I have said he can end this speculation with 2 words, I'm staying or I'm leaving.
Is that too much to ask?

It is amazing how you are so blinkered when it comes to Rooney. He even lied to your mate about wanting to leave FFS
------------------------------
More twisting
Roo rarely speaks to my mate
It was Stretford who said something and all he said was that he was never going to Chelsea and even then, I said Stretford may have lied
Keep twisting though

SE, I was calling for Fergie to retire and have been for years. I got slated for it by a lot of people on here. Rooney has refused to commit himself to Utd and it makes we wonder why some are so rabid in their defence of him.
I'm indiffirent to him
----------------
What a crock
I'm the open-minded one who refused to take the word of the press
You are the one who refuses to accept any scenario apart from the one that paints him the worst. You were putting 'sell that fat on any thread you could, stated he was on the decline and continually turned threads not about Rooney, into threads about him

I thought Ralphie did work for Wayne?
Again, what am I twisting? You told us that Wazza said he never asked for a transfer based on what he told your mate.
Wazza has now come out and said he was unhappy too and implied he wanted to leave as well but I'm twisting?
Rather than calling people names, why do you not answer the very basic question I asked you?
Why am I not allowed to criticise Wayne Rooney? Is it because he's your lovechild or something?

Ralphie does work for The Rooneys, Stretford and Colleen's family.
Please feel free to trawl my hisrtory and you will see that when i was telling Melton about it, it was Stretford who had said something, nor Rooney
Rooney rarely says anything to him.
by the way, when I reported on here before xmas that there was a prob between Fergie and Rooney, and also when I reported that he had turned up to training with a hangover, neither of them came from Ralphie
I actually did ask him if it was true and he shook his head and just said that when Wayne and graham were together, and colleen's away, it's a recipe for disaster. I don't think that's particularly big news considering their visit into manchester together when Roo was urinating in the street

I was one of those who said I believed you because you had the inside scoop on the issues. I did not doubt what you said and stood up for you when people were taking the proverbial.
This is the thanks I get, now worries. I'll mind my business in the future

--------------------
You just see what you want to see
this was all about the supposed move to Chelsea and nothing to do with when he asked to leave prior to Fergie retiring
You are completely missing the point so i will yet again reiterate
Rooney probably did want away when Fergie mentioned it. I said right from the beginning that Fergie may have exagerated it and I still believe Fergie did it to be vindictive because, despite you trying to state otherwise, even though i posted the youtube clip, Rooney wanted time to think about it, he was not told to think about it as you continue to state
but
stretford said just the Chelsea stuff was nonsense. Roo didn't want to leave at that point, United didn't want to sell him, and even if those two things weren;t true. Chelsea's bids were a country mile from what would have been accepted
I am not gonna state all this again for you to twist again Mudd
