I wonder why the club didn't try to reappoint Turner once they knew we were playing at this level, seeing as he's been the most successful manager in the club's history at this level. Did they even consider it, I wonder?

He was the right man at the right time. Got lucky with having Bully, but was astute in signing players like Floyd Streete, Gary Bellamy and co. It couldn't possibly happen again.
I thank him for those good times.
