It was based - in no particular order - on the following observations:

1) Abandoned Burnley for a well established Bolton

2) Relegated Bolton

3) Sacked after nearly relegating Bolton again - fans had never seen so much hoof (Megson and Sam inc)

4) White socks and sandals

5) Destroys Wigan

6) Inane grin

7) Scottish

8) Sacked by Wigan.

He did get Perth promoted...
