I just wanted to say that I've always felt a sense of pride when a Wolves player has been picked for an international side.
It hasn't happened as often as I would have liked, maybe, but perhaps that only goes to make it sweeter when it happens.
So, should we be proud, or are we entitled, as some have done on here, to be critical, and decry any decision to elevate a player to international status, if we don't like him?

Cinci - you say we were not down, even though it was the last game of the season.
Previously you've said McCarthy was responsible for the relegation from the Prem, even though he was sacked in February, way before the season's end, and with the club not at the bottom.
An inconsistency there wouldn't you agree?

The team was in exactly the same position when McCarthy was sacked as they were the previous year. So whatever factors raised about the players made no difference. The difference was generated by the three poor managerial appointments that followed
