finish the season outside the top 4?
What do you guys think the board will do if come the end of the season we finish outside the top 4. I'm sure at the beginning of the season finishing in the top 4 would have been the basic minimum requirement for Moyes this season and in my honest opinion has no excuse to not at least finish in the top 4. Personally I don't think they would sack him but they would definitely discuss his position.

No they won't fire him, thank goodness otherwise we may end up with Maureen.
I know half of you on here think he is a genius, but I think the next half season will show he is not.
Unless of course, another 100 mill is coughed up in January.

True. But that has nothing to do with how attractive football clubs are to investors and the illogical point of view that people will only invest in clubs already at the top, when in fact investors look for clubs who they perceive as undervalued with potential to grow.

He's toast. Shareholders won't tolerate that, and why should they?
They buy their shares and should expect a return.
It isn't just this season, either. Unless you clear that ridiculous debt I can see many years of mid table obscurity.
