The formation that will win the league..

Yes guys it is pretty simple, I have come up with the ultimate formation that will see us absolutely dominate the league..

Its pretty simple and I feel there are two weak links in our team that are currently holding us back atm. First of all it is Mikel Arteta, now I think hes an amazing professional and has done a magnificent job in the few years he has been with us. But will he sit in the middle of the park and win us the league? I don't think so. Can he play alongside Flamini and win us the league? No, and I don't think Wenger likes to play that way either.

Also it's no surprise to see Cazorla move into the position he predominantly played in last season and run West Ham ragged. A little controversial but I feel he will make more of a difference than Ozil playing behind the striker. When he picks up the ball he can move his body both ways and leave defenders and create valuable space for Theo. This leaves Ozil with only 1 position which is the left as Theo would start from the right, but I feel this could work as Ozil would naturally drift inside and Flamini could cover the space left by Ozil and help Gibbs.

I don't feel comfortable seeing Arteta in our lineup anymore as he is a cross between a CM and DM atm, and I feel we need an out and out DM to compliment our array of attacking maestros. I am not blaming Arteta but West Ham created way too many chances for my liking! And this was at 1-0!!!!!

We need a talker to start every game. and Cazorla to influence the game in the middle.

Arteta had one of his best games for a while against the hammers, very rarely misplacing a pass, keeping things going in midfield for us nicely. Not to say Flamini/whoever wouldn't have been better, but he's a very good player for us to have.

He is good at passing, but he is not good at regaining control of matches once a team is on top against us. Which is kind of the role he should be doing.

Agreed, hence the likes of Flamini are more crucial in the big games.

But Arteta's tackling against the hammers was good, too.

Walcott should be used an impact sub imo. To win the title Arsene Wenger should sign another World Class player.
