Watching this video just makes me so jealous and it's not because it's Pep and his technicolor X-men, It's just watching a manager or should I say coach who despite being dead cert to win the league and odds on to win a few more cups is trying to make the players he's got better.
This has nothing to do with with the quality of players, it's the coach that has a definitive style of play and trying to implement it well. He's getting involved all the way and the players have the face of "this guy knows what he's talking about"
This is not an anti-Moyes post btw and whether he stays or go I just wish whoever is in charge can just get the players up and running again. We may not have a Pep but surely the guys the Mr Moyes fired have a better technical and tactical nous.
