You have to take into account the work Barnes does for the team and his link up play etc, hes not prolific but Blackstock wasn't for us, its no co-incidence things have gone totally backwards since we lost him, goalscorers i.e. mcormack need a foil to be prolific.

They won't sell Ings surely. especially not to any championship side. few million might change their minds but can't see us spending that on 2-3 players yet alone one.

Why? He was signed by West Ham for back in 2011 has scored 57 goals in 170 games, not to bad for a 24 year old. Bristol City look like going down so we'd be able to snap him up for cheap, he's better than Smith, Varney and Hunt.

Because hes carp, some players peak early some later. he quite clearly peaked early and has depreciated in value and respect as the years have gone by.

would not be a good signing.
