One can expect the Mancs to be over the moon with signing him and whatnot, he's a top player.
But when did he reach the level of Ozil? Honestly, it seems people elevate the level of a player because he's done well in the Prem.
They can't even use that one seeing as Mata's been rotting on the bench for nigh on a season.
Nor can one hide behind stats as the German trumps him on that as well.
Can you see any of Cazorla, Silva or Ozil being treated like that by Mourinho? Don't think so.
To cut to the chase:
Ozil>Silva>Cazorla>Mata
Always been the case. Him joining the mighteh Yernited won't change that.

mata was great today, just annoyed our poor finishing stopped him getting a hatful of assists today and he also had a poor cut back by evra for his shot that was blocked near the goal going in. Better cutback and a goal for him. Mata seems to whip great crosses in from deadball situations.
