I had to go for a medical for a new job once. It was very thorough and took ages, making me late for my next appointment. Then at the end the doctor said he needed me to leave urine, sperm and stool samples. I didn't have time for all that so I just left my underpants.

I had a mate who joined my old company. Full medical. Blood test n everything to check for STD's...
... Gonohrea, chlamydia, Herpes, HIV..
A week later he goes back for the results. The medic says.. "Your results have all come back positive".
He was delighted
