let's objective and serious.
Apart from BM is a nice person and gives us fans the warm and great feeling about the team...what has he really achieved?
Since BM took over from Warnock, did he really improve the team and provide the team with the real hope of getting into EPL..?
Personally I doubt it....where LUFC is in the table today says we are not going anywhere with him as the manager.
His only achievement as a manager was, he took Reading up but he also left them in a situation where they were doomed to Championship.
I would say between BM and Simon Grayson, Simon has a better record re promotion.
let's wish BM all the best and we fans us move on.
This Italian owner has lots of $$ and maybe we fans have a better chance of seeing LUFC in EPL with him than previous owners.
Did BM really improve the team since ...

He failed miserably.
He should have had us in the Premier League by now. Nine months is plenty of time, heck even little babies are created in that time and all he needed to do was get us promoted!

LIW, please share with us how many managers have been instant successes at their clubs:
I can suggest 2 that I can think of out of many:
- The thug from that red team that took over at Sunderland with them bottom of the Second Division and were promoted that season.
- His ex-teammate, after many failures, taking Dull up last year.
Any others?

According to one journalist on twitter. Mcdermott was sacked for refusing to agree to italian signings, which are expected in the loan window

Jonny
Instant success ???
He hasn't improves us and his signings been poor
But hey don't let his niceness cloud your judgement
I wouldn't have sacked him but he wasn't doing a great job

Many managers start off not doing well.
I asked you to name those that have started off doing well.
Are you discounting the value of having someone with honesty and integrity being the manager of our club?
